Testarossa Winery, producers of premier California Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, is almost sold out of tickets to its annual Testarossa Wine & Food event to take place May 31, 2015. The culinary event will showcase 20 local restaurants including five with Michelin stars and more than 20 wines made by Testarossa Director of Winemaking Bill Brosseau.
“We moved this event from Harvest to Spring so that we could get our production team more involved and open up more spaces in the winery because trying to do this during harvest when we were trying to make wine at the same time proved to be challenging to say the least,” said Rob Jensen, Founder and Proprietor of Testarossa Winery. “Holding a world class culinary event like this with top of the line seminars, really showcasing our wines and celebrating all that is food and wine has been a long time dream. We are so thankful to be able to bring all of these amazing restaurants that serve our wine in the local community together for this great celebration.”
In addition to 20 food tables and 20 wine stations featuring Testarossa wines, the event also boasts four premier seminars:
* An Epicurean Journey w/Michelin-Star Chef Jarad Gallagher of Chez TJ
* Garys’ Vertical Tasting w/ Gary Pisoni & Gary Franscioni
* Riedel Wine Glass Seminar – Does the Glass make a difference?
* Deconstructing the Science of Pairing Wine with Cheese
